DeafZONE chat rooms

DeafZONE has revamped the page for DeafZONE chat rooms that they no longer use Java based IRC client but Userplane's webchat.

It's now easy to use and has Audio/Video feature for those who use webcam as well as webmessenger.

Head on over there and check it out..

I am sure it is safer haven than DeafChat eh...

I would recommend signing up for Userplane ID as well..

Be sure to invite your friends when you sign up...

I'll be there too from time to time... So see you there!

Imperial HIstory of the Middle East

Who has controlled the Middle East over the course of history? Pretty much everyone. Egyptians, Turks, Jews, Romans, Arabs, Greeks, Persians, Europeans...the list goes on. Who will control the Middle East today? That is a much bigger question.

The Atheist Tapes - Steven Weinberg

Great discussion on friction between religion and science. *Subtitled*

According to description on Google Video page for this video:
"Jonathan Miller interviews famed physicist Steven Weinberg as part of the BBC's series The Athiest Tapes, the full interviews created for A Brief History of Disbelief"

I like this line "science would be a corrosive to religious belief" and also "it is corrosive of religious belief, and it's a good thing too."

Thanks to: Blog For Arizona for the head up to the video!
