for my Activation Day! Wheee! Glad it is getting closer!! Hurry Up! :-D Can't wait to get over with and start hearing via CI!

Finally! It's Official!

Couple of days ago, I finally got the UofA Hearing Clinic to set the activation date! (insert drum rolls) August 26th at 9 o'clock in the morning!
I was hoping for a date in late July but it was for other Nucleus users since I am Clarion recipient. I almost got first week of Aug even 2nd week too but it didn't work out.

So that's two more weeks! That will be two month worth of waiting! Remember "Good things comes to those who waits" :-) but I am very anxious to get over with it and to start hearing no matter how the outcomes is! I have kept the expectation low! Sorry to keep you all waiting for the exciting moment that was supposed to pass recently. Please bear with me in waiting for that day to come! Cheers!

Boult's "Hearing Party"

Guess what? Two weeks ago on Aug 2nd, Sherry from DOL threw me a "Hearing Party" (as in "to hear" not a person) by mail! It was a basket full of stuffs that Sherry got from other members of DOL. At first, I thought Sherry was sending me a housewarming gift because I just moved to a new apt (see my previous post ) as I got a closer look at the basket, I was like Whoa! they were awesome!

When I pulled the basket out of box, I thought I saw a paper money, I was like, "haha, a funny money!" I wondered what it said on it but as I unwrapped it, I was like, "NO, it is a real Franklin!" I goes Uh? I looked at it in front of light to make sure it is real! I Laughed, yep it is real... Before I looked at it, I tried to pull it out but found out it was "anchored" I was like uh? ohhh clip! to hold it up hehe. Same thing with card! Sherry and Mystery Shopper, Thanks for the Franklin!

You can say it was fun doing that! I felt like a kid!

The card was nice! Anyway, to DOL'ers, Thanks for the party!... (although a bit early but you can say it is a "Pre-Hearing Party" haha! ) Yeah it would be more blast if all of you are here! If you all ever come thru Tucson, be sure to visit me!

Anyway, I got some photos for you to feast your eyes on them! Last three were timed captures... I failed to get into pose LOL.. The last one I was gonna give a "hang loose" sign you know the "Y" oh well then they are genuine candid photos!

Boult has moved to new apt!

Earlier last month, I found the new apt so I secured and got it. and on July 27th, I got several helpers including my brother, Dave, to help me to move my stuffs to new apts. I thanks to all of them for their excellent help! I was told that another person who didn't show up wanted to show up but had a car trouble. Dave and I wanted to treat them but they asked for raincheck.

Here's are some photos I took of my new apt. They may look smaller but it is not. I just made poor way of taking pictures, I should have backed up little more to take in more area. Right now this would do. I don't have the digital camera with me now. When I am done with unpacking and decorating my place, I will take another good pictures of my new apt. So here we go!

I forgot to take more pictures such as dinning room area and patio plus others. just that I didn't take my time to take pictures because the leasing agent was waiting for me. Don't worry, I will have more pictures later this year. Anyway, those pictures above were taken on July 11th, the day I applied for the rental and got it. :-D This unit is on ground floor.
